Barry Laney says he complains a lot.
Laney attended Tuesday's Pageland Town Council meeting to complain about trash littering an alley near a home he recently purchased on Blakeney Street.
I think I've already made my point of view on litter pretty clear (see my column below.) I don’t know Mr. Laney well enough to say if he complains too much, but if he helps make this town a prettier place, I’d say he complains just enough.
